The unimproved dedicated right-of-way as it exists serves no .olic purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of .»<obert T. <br />Howells is hereby granted and that the portion of Forest Boulevard legally described above is <br />hereby vacated.
