4.Major portions of the dedicated right-of-way of Forest Boulevard are located <br />below the 929.4 elevation of Lake Minnetonka. <br />5. The unimproved dedicated right-of-way as it exists serves no public purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Tliomas David <br />Regnier and Jane Best Regnier is hereby granted and that the portion of Forest Boulevard legally <br />described above is hereby vacated. The granting of the petition is .subject to the condition that <br />upon vacation, applicants must combine vacated adjacent portion of Forest Boulevard w ith their <br />homestead property. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular <br />meeting held on April 12, 1993. <br />ATTESTED BY: <br />Dorothy M.
