5.a. <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />DRAFT <br />Mayor Vern Kaug <br />City of Tonka Bay <br />4901 Manitou Rd <br />Tonka Bay, MN 55331 <br />Dear Mayor Haug, <br />The Lake Access Task Force Access Siting Subcommittee has <br />been provided a copy of LMCD representative Tom Penn s letter <br />of 2/22/93 indicating that city officials are receptive to <br />discussing the possible expansion of public access in the <br />vicinity of the existing Tonka Bay city docks. <br />The Lake Access Task Force, at the recommendation of the <br />Access Siting Subcommittee, encourages city officials to <br />explore how it might accommodate some public car/trailer <br />parking and lake access at the city docks.
