The City Clerk's office was located in the living room <br />area. <br />Planning for the current facilities began in when Eoarman and <br />Associates architects were hired to conduct a space needs study, <br />and to develop a preliminary design. <br />Planning for the project was accomplished by the City Council, City <br />staff and the Facility Design Committee made up of the following <br />members: <br />The Facility Design Committee was formed to review all design plans <br />for the project. <br />Kraus-Anderson wa& approved as the Construction Manager for the <br />project in November of 1991 to work with Boarman and Associates <br />architects. <br />The official ground breaking was held on October 9, 1991.
