10 A <br />GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING CENTER RECORDS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR <br />CHILD CARE CENTERS <br />Parent policies, erergency and accident policies, health policies, behavior <br />guidance policies, and children's admission forms must > u. jitted with the <br />initial application and when these policies or forms are vevised. In <br />addition, documentation of the health consultant's review of health policies <br />and the child care program plan must be submitted with the initial ap.ylication <br />and with each reappllcatlon. A record of instruction on emergency and <br />accident policies, fire and tornado drill logs, center administrative records, <br />personnel records, and information on the organization must be maintained on <br />site and available for review. <br />9503.0090 INFORMATION FOR PARENTS. <br />Subpart 1. Policies given to parents.
