No such tank shall be located in any required front <br />yard space as defined in chapter 78. <br />2. No such tank shall be located wn 50 feet of any <br />side or rear property line unless it has a minimum <br />one -hour fire rating. A tank with a minimum one - <br />hour fire rating may be located within 30 feet of any <br />side or rear property line. <br />3. No such tank shall be located within 75 feet of any <br />lake, wetland, stream or drainageway. <br />c. Underground tank locations. The storage of flammable or <br />combustible liquids in underground tanks shall be <br />permitted in any district in accordance with MT rGseet-ien <br />79.60 tapplicable MSFC requirements and with the <br />following: <br />1. No such tank shall be located under any required <br />front yard space as defined in chapter 78. <br />2. No such tank shall be located within ten feet of any <br />side or rear property line. <br />3. No such tank shall be located within 75 feet of any <br />lake, wetland, stream or dramageway. <br />(2) Restrictions on liquefied petroleum gas storage. <br />r,rr r�'r-�o„�;,.r a� , nc +r,� The council declares all land within the <br />city, except for land zoned I -Industrial, to be the district within <br />which no liquefied petroleum gas storage installation shall exceed <br />2,000-gallon water capacity for any one property; and the council <br />further declares that no liquefied petroleum gas storage installation <br />over 500-gallon water capacity shall be located in any required <br />front, side, rear or lakeshore yard as defined in chapter 78, but <br />shall conform to all setback requirements for principal buildings. <br />(3) Restrictions on explosive and blasting agent storage. Pufsttant to <br />rarr�r �o,.+;,.., �� � nti�r.�� +r,�The council declares all land within <br />the city to be the district in which storage of explosives and <br />blasting agents is prohibited. <br />
