Emergency repair shall be defined for <br /> the purposes of this Article as the activities necessary to stabilize a failing slope, or prevent the <br /> imminent failure of a slope, in the opinion of the City Engineer. <br /> SECTION 5.EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage <br /> and publication. <br /> ADOPTED this 13th day of April,2020 on a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays by the City <br /> Council of Orono, Minnesota. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Page 113 Final Draft <br />
