Q Recommendations to the gpplicant. After reviewing and discussing the concgRLplan, <br />the Planning Commission and/or zoning administrator may advise in a general manner the <br />U12licant of the changes or additions if any, which are recommended. <br />3 Council review. Following Planning Commission review, the Council may review a <br />concept plan as was originally applied or in modified form. The Council ma provide <br />comment on the proposal. <br />SECTION 2. Section 82-85 Sketch Plan shall be amended by adding and deleting text to <br />read as follows: <br />Sec. 82-85. - Sketch plan. <br />(a) Purpose. The sketch plan is an initial presentation of the subdivider's intention and <br />serves as the basis for conceptual discussion between the city and the subdivider and <br />provides beneficial savings for the subdivider. <br />(b) Requirements. A sketch plan review may be completed for all lr 1 and 11 <br />subdivision applications. A sketeh plan rvkew shall be eempleted for- all Wass H! <br />SECTION 3.
