SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 56 , THIRD SERIES <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 56 , THIRD SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCEAMENDING CHAPTER 14 <br /> OF THE ORONO CITY CODE <br /> CONCERNING STORM WATER ILLICIT DISCHARGE AND CONNECTIONS <br /> The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 56 , Third Series approved by <br /> the City Council of the City of Orono on April 13, 2009. <br /> The Ordinance adds language to Chapter 14 of the Orono Code regulating discharges into <br /> the City's municipal separated storm sewer system, allowing suspension of access to the <br /> municipal separated storm sewer system to stop an actual or threatened illicit discharge, <br /> and declaring discharges in violation of these regulations to be Public Nuisances. <br /> This is an abbreviated summary of Ordinance No. 56 , Third Series. A printed copy of <br /> Ordinance No. 56 Third Series in its entirety is available for inspection by any person <br /> at the office of the City Clerk during regular office hours. This ordinance becomes <br /> effective immediately upon publication. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota on this 13th day of <br /> April, 2009 by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ,� :��, ,�' �/� �.. ��� <br /> Lmda S.
