2. <br />3. <br />i <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />All traffic flow, stop and fire lane signage location shall be determined by the <br />Orono staff. On-site traffic shall be one way and controlled with appropriate <br />signage. <br />The new addition shall be installed with an approved sprinkler system and a fire <br />alarm sy.stem shall tx: tied to the sprinkler system. <br />Upon application for a building permit, the applicant shall provide architecturally <br />drawn plans signed by a licensed architect. Applicant will be responsible for <br />making necessary SAC payments and for any additional sewer or water charges <br />at the time of issuance of the building permit. <br />Per Section 10.09, Subdivision 1, the City grants ihh conditional use permit for <br />the proposed improvement but shall reserve the right to periodically review and <br />to reconsider the Orono Smdent Center use to determine if all site improvements <br />are adequate to support the level of use and to ensure that the e.xpanded multiple <br />uses proposed at the facility remain compatible with the objectives of the Zoning <br />District, Comprehensive Municipal Plan of the City and the character and <br />development of the surrounding neighborhood. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with applicant but <br />are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval or this conditional use permit will <br />expire on mat date (March 8, 1994). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute, a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned authorized representative of the Orono Independent School <br />District ^278 has read, understood and hereby agrees to the terms of this <br />resolution and on behalf of himself or herself, his or her heirs, successors and <br />assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of <br />the property. <br />Page 3 of 5
