Lake Access Parking Agreement . , , <br />Carlson reported the City of Minnetrista has the lake access <br />parking agreement on its next meeting agenda. Fostei wondered i( <br />recommended the Board member be in attendance at all city discus <br />sions relating to its Lake Access Agreements. <br />Carlson s..id he has put together a letter to his cit\ cx <br />plaining the background of the agreement. He e.xpressed his <br />willingness to help other members on their presentations. <br />C. Technical Review Committee <br />Babcock said the City of Spring Park has some reservations <br />about the actions of the Technical Review Committee. . . „ . <br />The executive director reported that the lechnical Review <br />Committee has been very considerate of flexibility requests from <br />the cities requesting them. Spring Park is probably experiencing <br />questions on its flexibility needs which may call for some reduc­ <br />tion in what it prefers. . <br />In response to Babcock’s suggestion that an existing proper­ <br />ty could not be redeveloped from an existing IOO?S hard cover, if <br />it hod to meet the new ordinance requirement of 30% hard cover, <br />the executive director responded he believes the city is being <br />...... • i. <br />ine executive - - <br />provided flexibility above 30r, but certainly less than 100 <br />VhTcall of a major redevelopment.
