A RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF <br />THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br />FOR THE PLAT, CRYSTAL CREEK, APPLICATION NO. 1457 <br />WHEREAS, on March 23, 1992, the City Council of the City of Orono adopted <br />Resolution No. 3094 granting an extension of preliminary approval of a plat proposed by <br />applicant. Alan G. Carlson, involving the property located at 314C Watertown Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the effective period of preliminary plat extension expires on April <br />8, 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has advised Council that he is unable to fulfill the <br />conditions of preliminary plat approval until the issue of the option of a southern bypass for the <br />Highway 12 improvemvnt is resolved; and <br />WHEREAS, applicant has demonstrated a substantial financial commitment <br />during the review of the preliminary subdivision application. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono that the effective period of preliminary p'at approval for Alan G. Carlson ’s proposed plat <br />known as Crystal Creek involving the p: 'feir- located at 3140 Watertown Road and as <br />originally approved per the conditions of ’• "^oktion 2948, adopted April 8, 1991, is hereby <br />extended to April 8. 1994. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held this 8th day of March, 1993. <br />Edward J.
