The District reserves the <br />right to call for an inspection of existing <br />watercraft in storage, on land or in the water, <br />upon reasonable advance notice, generally within 24 <br />hours of the intended inspection. <br />Accepting watercraft for "Dry/Yard Storage" for <br />"unlimited in and out" service over the licensed 77 <br />BSU will be considered a violation of the LMCD Code <br />of Ordinances. <br />Continued advertising by any means of "Dry/Yard <br />Storage" for "unlimited in and out" service will <br />also be considered evidence of a violation of the <br />LMCD Code of Ordinances.
