X <br />Subd. 5. Business Use Standards. Businesses required to <br />be licensed under this section shall adhere to the require|ments and <br />^rformance standards of the fi-2' zoning "district and per the <br />following provisions: <br />A. Insurance Require^ Each business shall <br />provide certifTcation of liability insurance coverage for the <br />duration of the license period. <br />B. The primary business operator on the property <br />shall be the licenseholder> and shall be responsibJ e for notifying <br />the City of any and all businesses subleased on the premises. Such <br />secondary businesses shall not ^ separately licensed but shall bj <br />avowed only when in conformance with the provisions of the B-2 <br />zoning district standards. <br />Subd. 6. Business Os^ Licenses Limited to B~2 Zone. No <br />business use shall be licensed in any zoning dTstrict other th^ B^ <br />2, exc'epF^hat when a business use is allowed by ordinance ^ <br />another zoning district> such use conducted in said district shall <br />not be required to obtain a license. <br />SECTION 3. Adoption and Publication. This ordiance shall be <br />published in THE PIONEER and THE LAKER and shall become effective <br />immediately upon publication.
