Carpenter <br />(Mrs. Thomas K.) <br />SUBJECT; Upgrading road to access proposed building <br />site at 200 Woodhill Road, Orono <br />As agreed upon by all concerned February 15, 1993,the <br />road will be upgraded in its existing location to <br />either rural or urban status. This will be done <br />without infringing further south beyond current road's <br />southern boarder. This also means that if it is a <br />rural road with pavement 24 ft. wide, the right of <br />way, 3 ft. each side required by law, will not be 3 <br />feet south of existing southern border of road which <br />would effectively eliminate our home's shield from the <br />road and devalue our property. Therefore, all road <br />building and right-of-ways will be to the north and <br />made from the existing southern road border. <br />Also, as agreed upon February 15, 1993, all road <br />planning and approval will be agreed to and signed off <br />on by Mrs. Josephine B. Carpenter in consultation with <br />Woodhill Country Club and its representative Bergqulat <br />& Sather. No construction will commence until I have <br />been informed and have had the opportunity to inspect <br />the precise survey lines as placed by the Surveyor.
