n <br />§ 11.33 <br />D, Intersections shall be designed with a flat <br />stopping area of at least thirty (30) feet in a residential area <br />and sixty (60) feet in a commercial or industrial area. The <br />stopping area shall be designed to provide a maximum grade of two <br />(2) percent. <br />E. Where any street intersection will involve earth <br />hanks or existing vegetation inside any lot corner that would <br />create a traffic hazard by limiting visibility, the subdivider <br />shall cut such ground and/or vegetation (including urees) in <br />connection with the grading of the right-of-way to the extent <br />deemed necessary by the City to provide an adequate sight distance. <br />• F. The crown of all streets, including <br />intersections, shall be three percent (3%) or less. <br />Subd. 4. Typical Section.
