The division involved the <br />creation ot one residential lot and the remaining properties designated as outlets. The existing <br />private drivewav would continue to serv'e Lot 3, Woodhill Ridge plat (McNellis residence), the <br />Prudden residence (the former John Pillsbury homestead) and the proposed new reMdential lot <br />(refer to Exhibit F).
