4.Major portion of the dedicated right-of-way of Forest Boulevard is located below <br />the 929.4 elevation of Lake Minnetonka. <br />5. The unimproved dedicated right-of-way as it exists serves no public purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Fred S. Ryan and <br />Barbara Ryan is hereby granted and that the portion of Forest Boulevard legally described above <br />is hereby vacated. The granting of the petition is subject to the condition that upon vacation, <br />applicants must combine vacated adjacent portion of Forest Boulevard with their property. <br />Adoptee! by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular <br />meeting held on February 22, 1993. <br />ATTESTED: <br />Dorothy M.
