He then asked what we can do. <br />Darnels stated that MACTA is lookina into it but has no time frame of when it will <br />reach a conclusion of some sort. <br />Olds stated it is similar to the telecom oroblems currently in the news. <br />Pattnn then asked how will homes receive sionals from American Wireless. Daniels <br />said he believes it will be a small dish. aoDroximatelv 15" in diameter, mounted on the <br />ronf. Finch stated that the ordinances will create some lecal oroblems for Am. Wireless. <br />Pattnn stated that the onlv wav he sees to even thinos out between cable <br />comoanies and Am. Wireless would be for As. Wirelesa to also oav a 5X franchise fee. <br />Brancel asked for other matters from the floor. <br />Salazar stated that he wanted it known for the record that he feels Jim Daniels <br />and staff have done an outstandina lob in 1992. Daniels has increased the visibilitv of <br />the Commission tremendously for the better. <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion 1.19.93.9 Olds moved to adjourn. Pattnn seconded.
