Inform Triax that the carriage of Channel 6 is not in compliance due <br />it's reception. (This step was done approximately 5 months ago.) <br />Step 2. Triax requests of the Commission a waiver to pull Channel 6 because it <br />commercially impracticable to be carried. <br />Step 3. Commission grants the waiver to Triax and Cnannei 6 is pulled, with <br />stipulation that if it is ever determined to be technically acceptable it must <br />returned. <br />Daniels then stated that when the waiver takes place, Channel 6 could go darx or <br />be replaced with something else. Finch stated that if it is replaced, the replacement <br />show would become a permanent part of the line-up and if Channel 6 returned the new snow <br />would be moved to somewnere else in the line-up. <br />Olds emphasized that we must follow the steps as outlined by Daniels. <br />Motion 1.19.93.4_ _ _ _Salazar moved in accordance with legal council's advice, that <br />It be turned over to Triax to determine if Channel 6 is commercially impracticable. <br />the <br />be <br />Pattrin seconded. Pattrin seconded. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Brancel requested that C-SPAN II be implemented in place of Channel 6. Pattrin <br />suggested NASA Select as another option.
