Retaining walls have been <br />reduced. The two-tiered retaining walls adjacent to mmaround area have been reduced to one <br />tier. Both patio and deck have been reduced. There is a slight increase of sidewalk area. <br />Landscape areas underlain with either plastic or geotechnic fabric have been reduced by 254 s.f. <br />No changes are proposed from the original grading and drainage plan shown in original <br />review (Exhibit D). The majority of drainage from these improvements continues to flow to the <br />existing drainage swale within the southern portion of property. <br />Options of Action <br />Approval of variance/conditional use permit as proposed. <br />Approval as amended by the Council, <br />OR <br />Denial. <br />Council Action <br />To provide conceptual direction to the staff so that an appropriate resolution can be <br />brought back to the February 22nd meeting tor formal action of the Council. <br />isv
