A: the November 9th meeting. Council approved a side setback/variance for an <br />addition to the existing attached garage. Application #1786 involves a conditional use permit <br />dealing with the grading activities that could not be authorized under a building permit for new <br />construction. <br />The applicant has submitted an amended plan reflecting further additional reductions in <br />hardcover than the plan submitted for the December meeting of the Council.
