Proposal Request No. 7 changed the <br />plastic laminate counter top in room Cl01 to wooti. The cost to finish is S135.00. <br />Field Order No. 8 added the painting of gyp board column covers in vestibules <br />AlOO and BlOO at an add of S40.00. Pioposal Request No. 23 revi.scd the council <br />and administration ceilings for a deduct of S274.00. <br />.|\cklev-Dornbach <br />Doors Cl 18 and C12I were deleted from their contract for a cost of (S929.00). <br />These door* were already included in the LaForcc contract. We switched from <br />Trussbuilt B.R. doors and frames to Chicago bullet proof doors and frames for an <br />added cost of S2.046.00. This al.so included the B.R. glass not included in ihc <br />Tiussbuilt package. <br />Gephart Electric <br />1. Proposal Request No. 10 - Revised. Tlic add for this work includes revisions <br />to outlet location in ilir police building and clarifications to the carbon <br />monoxide system. <br />2. Proposal Request No. 6 inc'ludes revisions to the secured area of the police <br />building including revisions t.o electric strikes, etc. <br />8. Alternate No. 4 is the wiring of the cold storage building. At this lime the <br />cost represents stubbing out ot a conduit for lutuic connection. <br />4. Proposal Request No. 9 - Revised is for the cost to locale the generator further <br />from the police building. <br />5.
