Swanson and Youndale - This is a net deduct of $99.00. <br />This net deduct is a ccmbinetion of three very small <br />changes including one add of C-iO.OO, one add of $135.00 <br />and a deduct of $274.00. <br />2. Ackley Dornbach, Inc. - This is a total add of $1,452.00. <br />The major portion of this add, $1,177.00 is related to <br />the bid for security doors. The original low bid <br />contract amount included only the security doors, it did <br />not include the glass for the windows in the doors. When <br />this was discovered, the Construction Manager worked with <br />the sub-contractor to select an alternate vendor to <br />provide the doors and the glass all in one package. The <br />package with the glass cost $6,909.00 versus $4,943.00 <br />without the glass, for an additional cost of $2,046.00. <br />The $2,046.00 add for the doors with glass was partially <br />offset by a $929.00 deduct related to changing form <br />security doors to hollow metal doors in one area of the <br />police department. <br />3. Gepharc Electric - This is a net deduct of $3,708.00. <br />Please see the attached memo from John Davies detailing <br />the various items involved in the change order. <br />These change order amounts are all included in the budgec update <br />information provided to the Council at the January 11 meeting. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion to approve the change orders as <br />presented above.
