Flexibility is requested <br />the following areas: <br />1. Lot width/area for duplex lots not or Lake Minnetonka or <br />Bavaria Lake. <br />2. Building height. <br />3. Residential density (not Lake Minnetonka). <br />4. Impervious surface (but noc Lake Minnetonka). <br />5. Setback from top of bluff. <br />6.
