(Copies of revised resolution drafts are attached- <br />these will be finalized upon approval by the Mayor and receipt of <br />a revised plat drawing from you.) <br />A proposed Special Lot Combination Agreement has been <br />enclosed, subject to Council approval. <br />Preliminary Subdivision Plat Approval - Applicant must provide <br />to the City all information and/or improvements required for final <br />plat approval as noted in the preliminary plat approval resolution. <br />Preliminary plat approval expires 1 year after the date of the <br />resolution. Note that prior to filing cf the final plat after <br />final subdivision approval, all taxes for the current year must be <br />paid. <br />If you desire certified copies of thr official Council <br />minutes, they are available from the City Clerk after review and <br />approval by the City Council.
