Also attached is a <br />special lot combination agreement. The. special let combination is <br />boilerplate except for the conditions A, B and C of item 4 on page <br />2 . <br />Please review these documents and advise staff of any revisions you <br />feel are necessary. <br />jjq further vote is needed on the two .resoluticns.
