A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT <br />OF BAYSIDE LANDING SECOND ADDITION <br />FILE NO. 1764 <br />t <br />WHEREAS/ the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br />adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br />development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application <br />for a two lot subdivision plat by Austin Evans, the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 23, 1992, the City Council approved <br />Resolution No. 3201 granting preliminary approval for a plat at 255 <br />Landmark Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all <br />standards of the LR-IA, Single Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning <br />District, finding that each lot is of a size and configuration that <br />will allow its use for development with a single family residence <br />without the need of any variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br />the platting regulations of th.^ "ity, including: <br />requirements of Resolution No.1. Completion of all <br />3201. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of drainage easements subject to <br />the underlying Flowage and Conservation Easement previously <br />filed with Hennepin County as Document Nos. 1951703 and <br />1951784 . <br />3. Granting to the City of an easement for drainage, <br />utilities and trail over the southeasterly 10' of the property <br />adjoining County Road 84. <br />4.
