Therefore the final park fee is $2,596. <br />Applicant's attorney has submitted for City approval an <br />amendment of the special lot combination agreement which required <br />the original Lot 1, Block 1, Bayside Landing and the one-half <br />undivided interest in Outlot A (the lakeshore access lot) to be <br />maintained in common ownership. The amendment is merely a revision <br />so that Lot 1, Block 1, Bayside Landing 2nd Additxvn will remain in <br />common ownership with Outlot A. <br />An approved Hennepin Country driveway access permit has been <br />submitted per Condition 1 of Resolution No. 3201. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Finding all submittals to be in order, sta££ recommends <br />approval of the two lot plat for Austin Evans at 255 Landmark <br />Drive, sublect to payment of the park fee prior to filing of the <br />subdivision by the City Attorney. <br />Proposed motion: Moved by_ _, secoi*«-.--;U by - - to grant <br />final plat appioval for a two lot subdivision at 255 Landmark Drive <br />for Austin Evans.
