However, it should be noted <br />that time for public comment may be very limited and the public will be <br />encouraged to direct comments and suggestions through appropriate <br />member representatives. <br />4. Procedures <br />•) <br />Task force members agree to engage in a good faith effort to achieve task <br />force objectives through an open, creative process. Individual <br />representatives are responsible for keeping their constituenu informed of <br />the work of the task force and to solicit their input prior to key task force <br />decisions. <br />The task force may establish subcommittees as needed to address specific <br />issues. Membership of subcommittees is not limited to persons or groups <br />represented on the task force. Subcommittee recommendations will be <br />submitted to the task force. <br />Task force and subcommittee meetings will be scheduled with sufficient <br />time and adequate notice between OKetings to provide memben with an <br />opportunity to consult with and obtain advice.
