Applicant proposes a 12 ’x22 ’ garage stall addition to the <br />existing attached garage located to the lakeside of the residence. At the August meeting, the <br />application was tabled. Applicant was advised to obtain a new survey and hardcover inventory <br />covering all current improvements on the property. Review Exhibit E, in the original survey, <br />the house was located completely out of the 0-75’ setback area. The only variances sought, <br />were an average lakeshore setback and hardcover variances within the 75-250’ setback area. <br />Review Exhibit G, the new survey shows that major portions of ibe existing <br />improvements on the propertv are located within the 0-75’ setback area. The propo-.cd garage <br />is now located almr>r completely within the 0-75’ setback. The applicant seeks the f. 'lowing <br />variances based o ifn: mended survey/application: <br />Section 10.22. Subdivision I (B) . . ., <br />A. Garage addition to be installed at the lakeside of the existing resideiKC <br />will be located in front of the average lakeshore setback line as the entire <br />residence is located in front ot the average lakeshore setback. <br />B.Lakeshore setback variance <br />Required = 75’ <br />Existing = 57’ <br />Pri'posed “ 65 ’ <br />Variance for new structure 10’ or 13.3%
