Driveways constructed in access outlots shall be adequately <br />screened by fencing or vegetation at the discretion of the City, at <br />all pi'ints to the rear of die required street yard of the front lot, so <br />as to eliiniiute intrusion of vehicle headlights into the side or rear <br />yard of adjacent lots.
