L ' <br />I MTMnAwro , T, ORONO, MINNESOTA <br />NUteS of a .LANNING commission meeting held NOVEMBER 21, 1977 <br />The Orono Planning Commission met on the above <br />with the following members present: <br />Chairwoman McDonald, Members Hammerel, Hurr, Hannah <br />Hassel, Frahm and Wilson. Also present: ' <br />Zoning Administrator Hank Muhich. <br />ATTENDANCE - 7:00 P.M. <br />The Planning Commission and several members of <br />Council viewed a slide presentation on the <br />mudcat dredging method currently being proposed <br />for the West Shore Lafayette Bay Association. <br />Chairwoman McDonald announced that this was the <br />time and place for a public hearing on the sub <br />division application of the George Jackson <br />Construction Company for property located at <br />90 S. Willow Drive. The Zoning Administrator <br />presented the Affidavit of Publication and the <br />Notice of Public Hearing, <br />The Zoning Administrator explained that this <br />subdivision application is a proposed replat <br />of Lots 2 and 3 of the Kelley & Kelley sub <br />division which recently received final <br />approval by Council. There is a slight <br />^ Kelley division in <br />that the east lot line will be moved a dis <br />tance of 60 ft. to the west. An additional <br />easement to the east boundary line will be <br />developer for continuation <br />or the road through the development. The <br />proposed 9 lots meet the required lot width <br />and area requirements. <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the letter <br />received from the city engineer which <br />indicated that the following information be <br />centerline road profiles, along <br />street section, grading plans, <br />and drainage plans along with drainage <br />calculations. <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:45 p.m. as <br />there was no one in attendance. <br />Mr. George Jackson was present. He was given <br />a copy of the engineer's recommendations and <br />was advised of the additional information that <br />was necessary. <br />Hassel moved, Hurr seconded, to tabl/“ the <br />preliminary plat indicating conceptual approval <br />subject to the applicant obtaining the necessary <br />infojnnation to support the proplsal!
