Also directed Staff to request a soils map and report from <br />the Hennepin County Soils Conservation District. Zoning Administrator infoimed <br />Planning Comnission and developer that any costs incurred by the City for such a <br />report would have to be reimbursed by the developer. <br />STAFF - October 6, 1977 <br />Letter to Hennepin County Soil Conservation District requesting soils map and report. <br />STAFF - October 26, 1977 <br />I*m enclosing copies of the soils map and report as prepared by the Hennepin County <br />Soils Conservation District. The map a^ears to verify the wetlands and flood plain <br />areas as suggested at the Planning Commission meeting of October 3, 1977. <br />Also enclosed is a revised division of the original parcel. The new proposal con­ <br />sists of only two parcels - both exceeding the minimum lot requirements for this <br />district. <br />Building permits will not be issued until satisfactory septic designs are submitted <br />and approved by our engineer. <br />Jim Anderson of the Soils Conservation District has incurred some additional expenses <br />for which he has asked to be reimbursed. A copy of the statement for boat rental is <br />attached.
