From the plat survey it is apparent <br />that the driveway entering Parcel A-2 is partially located on <br />Parcel A-1. Since there are large evergreens located on the <br />east side of the roadway, the recuMstruction of the driveway <br />to the east does not seem to be the best solution. <br />A permanent easement which would include the driveway <br />i.nto Parcel A-2 would eliminate any possible legal problems. <br />Another solution would be to change the boundary line between <br />the two Parcels so that the east property line of Parcel A-2 <br />would be on the west perimeter of the existing driveway. <br />A garage is located on Parcel A-1 which is not shown cn <br />the submitted plat drawing.
