Thus <br />far I have no assurance of any utility easements or access easements to Lot 1. <br />We*ve previously waived the park dedication fee as both parcels are now occupied by <br />residences. <br />We could consider approving tliis final subject to receipt of the necessaiy mylars <br />and hardshells and City Attomey’s approval of the title opinion addressed to the <br />City.
