Discussed access and use concerns with Mr. Strong .and <br />Mr Waldron Noted that the proposal meets lot area and width reciuirenents, contains <br />an occupied'(rented) house and therefore must be considered as a separ^e, residential <br />site which meets all requirements. Tiiis means that legal access must be provided <br />bv ixans of an easement through the Waldron property and that it c^mot be combined <br />with the Waldron parcel tliat already contains a Iiouse.
