Tlie Asst. Zoning Administrator <br />presented the Notice of Public Hearing and the Affidavit <br />of Publication. <br />Mr. Olson informed the Commission that this application <br />involves several different items: a resolution amending <br />tlie land use plan witliin the framework of tlie comprehensive <br />guide plan, an ordinance rezoning the Herrick Circle <br />property from RR-IB to R-L\, a resolution vacating Herrick <br />Circle and a resolution approving Summit Station. <br />Mr. Olson reviewed the subdivision for those numbers who <br />were not familiar with tlie application. The subdivision <br />involves planned residential development along the Wayzata <br />Country Club with six single family lots. The concept was <br />previously approved by Planning Comnission and Council. <br />Some members of tlie Commission were uncertain as to jast <br />what they would be acting upon, ^tayor Van Nest explained <br />to tliem tliat there is a legal process of vacating the <br />existing plat (Herrick Circle) formerly approved. Tlie <br />reason for vacating the existing plat is that ive have <br />approved a new plat.
