The municipal code of the City of Orono is amended by <br />amending the official zoning map and boundaries for portions of the RR-IB One <br />Family Rural Residential District to R-IA One Family Residential District. <br />R-IA. <br />The following described property is hereby rezoned from RR-IB to <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the <br />S(xitheast Quarter of the Southivest Quarter of Section 36, Township <br />118, Range 23, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the <br />East line of said Southwest Quarter distant 57 feet Southerly of <br />as measured at right angles from the center line of the main track <br />of the Minneapolis Industrial Railway Company as now l^ated and <br />established; thence South along said East line to a point distant <br />283.23 feet South of the Northeast comer of said Southeast Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter; thence South 19 degrees 40 minutes West a <br />distance of 138.06 feet; thence South 27 degrees 40 minutes West to <br />the center line of the South Minneapolis and Watertown Road, also <br />called the Wayzata Long Lake Road; thence Northwesterly along said <br />center line to its intersection with a line drawn parallel with and <br />57 feet Southerly of, as measured at right angles from, the center <br />line of said main track; thence Northeasterly along said parallel <br />line to the point of beginning. For purposes of this description <br />the East line of said Southwest Quarter is assumed to be a due <br />North and South line. <br />Section 2.
