Motion# Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Massengale moved, Butler seconded, that Resolution <br />#673, A Resolution Approving The lilmer Estates <br />Plat, be adopted, subject to the payment of the <br />Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $800. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) -* Nays (0) i , <br />Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, <br />informed the City Council that I4r. & Mrs. Esco <br />are submitting a reqiiest to vadate a portion of <br />Hill Street as his ekisting well, side entry <br />enclosure and garage are located on the right-of- <br />way . <br />A similar proposal was denied by the Planning <br />Commission and Council on February 12, 1973. <br />We informed the apj^licant's counsel of this but <br />he requested we proceed with the proposal as <br />submitted. <br />The existing garage is in need of repair and <br />probcd>ly could be removed or moved. The entry <br />enclosure could be removed and the v/ell could <br />be moved. <br />I would recommend against this vacation as it <br />v7ould result in landlocking the property to the <br />east. <br />A public hearing should be scheduled. <br />Planning Commission Meeting - March 1, 1976 <br />The Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing <br />to be held on Monday, April 5, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. <br />Planning Commission Meeting - April 5, 1976 <br />Jerry Snyder, attorney representing the applicant, <br />appeared at the public hearing and requested <br />that the Commission review the survey prepared <br />fOK the Escos.
