He also presented several i^otographs of the <br />property. <br />Planning- Conmission reviewed proposal before them which <br />includes construction of a garage whidi would extend in <br />front of the existing house resulti^ in a reduction of <br />an existing front yard setback conbined with the opening <br />of the garage d(x>rs very near to the street. Ihe Conmission <br />discussed with Mr. Stewart the possibility of revising the <br />proposal to increase the street setback to eliminate the <br />safety hazard. They suggested increasing the setback to <br />a miniimm of 25 ft. idiich would allow for a turn around <br />on his property. Applicant agreed to meet with staff to <br />design new prt^sal. <br />Hannah moved, McDonald seconded, to table this application <br />pending receipt of revised propiosal. Motion - Ayes (5), <br />Nays (0). <br />Planning Commission reviewed final mylar presented by the <br />Zoning Administrator. Final plat would be subject to a <br />Park Dedication Fee and the necessary easements as required <br />for preliminary approval. Easements not shown on the <br />final plat would be included in the title opinion. <br />Although they would not be addressing the subject of <br />riparian rights, the Zoning Administrator wanted the <br />Conmission to be aware of the fact that the Burger's <br />are requesting reconsideration by the Council of the <br />lakeshore privileges on the lakeshore property across <br />County Road #84.
