In Navarre. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />RESOLUTION #698 <br />Super Valu Grading Permit <br />Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, <br />stated that Robert J. Wyatt, 4220 Watertown Road, <br />is requesting a subdivision of 9.49 acres into <br />tv/o parcels. (One slightly less and one exceeding <br />the five acre minimum requirement.) They would <br />both exceed the minimum lot width requirement of <br />300*. No problem here, but a public hearing <br />should be scheduled. <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />4220 Watertown Road <br />With this proposal, they are also requesting a <br />conditional use permit to move in another house <br />and garage (guest house) onto the south lot, <br />which is already occupied by a residence. The <br />guest house would require a conditional use <br />permit. The Wyatts, however, have submitted a <br />letter assuring us they would remove the existing <br />residence within 18 months. (We should include <br />this as a condition.) The proposal, as submitted, <br />would meet all setback requirements. <br />Public Hearing - July 19, 1976 <br />Hr.
