We reviewed the proposed <br />plat and have the following recommendations for your consideration: <br />1. Dedicate an additional 17 feet of right of way for a total of <br />50 feet from and along the centerline of CSAH 6. <br />2. Access from Parcel A to CSAH 6 must meet all geometric, drainage, <br />and location requirements as set forth in the entrance permit. <br />3.
