Floor plans and elevations have not been <br />provided with the current CUP application but applicant has advised that they will be available <br />at the public hearing at the Monday night meeting. Staff will have an opportunitv ’ to review the <br />elevations and floor plans prior to the meeting in order to determine if there are any problems. <br />Staff looks for no problems as the structure will be a single stor>' walkout. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To approve Application fflSSl granting a conditional use permit to Robert L. Melamed <br />to allow the construction of a guest house on the property located at 1000 Old Ciystal Bay Road <br />South finding that all lot standards of the RR-IB Zoning District have been satisfied in review <br />of this application. Although it is understood that a subdivision of this property will soon be <br />realized, in the event the subdivision is not finalized, that while property contains a second <br />residential unit, this unit must never be used for rental purposes but must remain for the <br />exclusive use of applicant, his family members, guests or hired help. <br />ch
