Mabusih, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />November 17, 1993 <br />#1842 Tom and Sheila Browne. 760 South Brown Road - Request to Modify <br />Approved Development Plan <br />Please review tlie enclosed staff memo dated November 10 for background on the request <br />to modify original development plan. The request did not alter the original findings or <br />conditions of the resolution that granted approval of variance application #1842. Modiftcations <br />involved intensification of structure within the O-lOO’ lakeshore protected area consisting of a <br />3 - V/i' overhang over side door connecting to door of three-season porch, 3'/^’ cantilevered <br />expansion to sou^ with second stor> deck enclosure and structural instability of existing deck <br />where a three-season porch is to be located requires reconstruction of deck. Please note none <br />of the improvements involved further encroachment into the existing setback fromTanager Lake. <br />Planning ConLmissi«)ii Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the modifications to the <br />original development plan as proposed. Resolution No. 3314 need not be amended. Amended <br />plans may ni>w be approved with the current building permit application.
