/ >TO: <br />FROM: <br />t »Mayor Call"han and City Council <br />Tom Kuehn, Finance Director <br />DATE:November 19, 1993 <br />SUBJECT:Levy Sewer Connection Fee for Nettles S^j^ebty <br />ATTACHMEirr:Resolution to approve connection to Munici^l Sewer <br />of the property located at 1940 Shoreline Drive <br />The attached resolution sets forth the conditions to be met by <br />Mr Nettles regarding the connection of his sewer to the Crystal <br />Bay area sanitary sewer. As agreed Mr. Nettles will pay directly <br />to the City 8/15ths of the $11,218.00 connection fee. (This is the <br />eight year of the original 15 year levy.) <br />The balance remaining of $5,235.09 will be levied for a period <br />of seven years, equal the number of years remaining on those <br />properties originally assessed.
