A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OP DELINQUENT <br />1993 SEWER AND WATER UTILITY SERVICE CHARGES, RECYCLING PROGRAM <br />FEES AND ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGES FOR THE ON-SITE SEWAGE TREATMENT <br />(SEPTIC) INSPECTION PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota <br />has enacted certain ordinances under the Minnesota statutes, <br />therefore pursuant to Chapter 3 and Chapter 12, Orono City Code <br />pertaining to payment and collection of sewer and water charges and <br />annual service charges for the On-Site Sewage Treatment (septic) <br />Inspection Program, the following properties are delinquent in <br />nature. <br />1. WHEREAS, the Cicy has obtained from Hennepin County <br />Auditor Le^ Number 12949 for the delinquent accounts. <br />2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and is hereby <br />authorized and directed to extend upon property tax lists of the <br />County and further collect said assessments thereon in the manner <br />provided by law. <br />3. That eight percent (8%) be added to the amounts due. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held November 22, 1993. <br />Edward J.
