Assessment Roll <br />DISCUSSION - Each year the City certifies to the County all unpaid <br />annual service charges for the septic inspection program, the <br />annual recycling program fee, and all delinquent sewer and water <br />accounts of $15.00 or more, to be collected with the following <br />year's taxes. In addition to the outstanding amounts delinquent <br />the City adds 0% interest to all accounts and an administrative fee <br />to the septic accounts. At this time the total to be assessed is <br />$52,832.90 including administrative charges. This amount will be <br />decreased by any prepayments received up to the final payment date <br />of November 29, 1993.
