Two more exceptions are added to the fee paragraph: <br />costs in excess of $100 per case for hiring an outside <br />attorney for conflicts cases, and subpoena costs in <br />excess of specific dollar amount for each city. I have <br />allocated a total of $1500 for subpoena costs, even <br />though we have spent approximately $1200 in the recent <br />12-month period. Each city's share is based on the <br />city's percentage of the total fees. <br />Please let me know if you have any concerns about the proposed <br />contract.
