That applicant apprise themselves of all applicable <br />provisions in the Orono Zoning Code relating to conditional <br />use permits and non-conforming uses, said provisions are <br />incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein as <br />Exhibit C. <br />15. That this Resolution shall be effective upon applicant's <br />execution of an assent, attached herein and incorporated by <br />reference as Exhibit B, and payment to the City for all <br />expenses the City has incurred as a result of review and <br />approval of this* conditional use permit. <br />general provisions <br />1. In the event any condition stated herein is declared <br />invalid or unenforceable by a court, such invalidation shall <br />in no way affect the validity of any other condition in this <br />Resolution. <br />2.
